Notify all appropriate and accredited medical, dental and allied health  schools nationwide of the availability of scholarship funds for medical students of Hellenic heritage residing in the tri-state area;
Network with Financial Aid and Public Relations officers of medical schools regarding funding;  review the qualifications of all candidates;
Recommend potential recipients to the Executive Board at its May meeting;
Recommend potential recipients for named awards to donors;
Arrange for the recognition of the recipients during the Scholarship Weekend; and
Review  criteria and qualifications, from time to time, and make appropriate and necessary recommendations to the Executive Committee

Dec 9th 2010, Allied Health Scholarship awarded to Natalie Saffos of Drexel University School of Nursing.

November 15th 2011, Fall Dinner Meeting at Opa Restaurant, Philadelphia with presentation of Medical student scholarship recipients Jonathan McNeill and Nicholas Kitsopoulos.
